Application

Refer to the diagram in the images provided to review all the different ailments that are likely to be improved by using compresses of Castor Oil
and a guide to the positions on the body to place the compress.

1. Place oil onto the folded Organic Cotton Pad provided.
2. Allow half hour for the oil to soak into the pad.
3. Place pad onto the section being treated and secure with the compress wrap suited to the area of the body.
4. Leave pack on for 1 hour for the first use.
5. If tolerated gradually increase the time of each treatment. The treatment is powerful and you should only increase slowly .

During the process of compress treatments, the body will be detoxing. It is important to drink plenty of water.
